Secret Comms Coach is coaching, not counselling or therapy. It's designed to empower you to understand relationship dynamics and hone your communication skills — to help you prepare for and practise difficult conversations, at work and beyond.
It is provided for educational and practice purposes only. It is not professional therapy, counselling, medical, psychological, legal, financial or HR advice, and it does not create a coaching, therapeutic or professional relationship. Nothing here is a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your specific circumstances.
Like all AI tools, it can occasionally be wrong, incomplete or miss important context. You remain responsible for your own decisions, words and actions. Please use your own judgement and, for anything high-stakes, seek appropriate professional advice.
Minnie Von Coaching ("we", "us") runs Secret Comms Coach and is responsible for the personal information described here. We collect as little as possible, and we never sell it. This policy applies to everyone, wherever you live.
Only to provide the service you've asked for, keep it secure, and respond to you. Where the law requires a "legal basis", ours is performing our contract with you and, where relevant, your consent. We do not sell or share your personal information, and we never use it for advertising.
A small number of trusted providers process data on our behalf, purely to run the service — secure hosting, database and login, and the AI that generates the coach's replies. They act on our instructions under their own security and privacy commitments. Your conversations are not used to train AI models. We do not share your data with anyone for their own purposes.
We're based in the UK. To run the service, your data may be processed in the UK, the EU and the United States. Where data crosses borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) to keep it protected.
We keep your account and conversations while your account is active, and delete them on request.
Wherever you live, you can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your information, and to withdraw consent, using our contact form. We won't discriminate against you for exercising your rights. Some regions add specifics:
Secret Comms Coach is for adults (18+) and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect data from children; if you believe a child has used it, contact us and we'll delete it.
We use only essential browser storage to keep you logged in. We don't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
You're in control of what you type. The coach will offer to refer to colleagues or family by a neutral label or fake name — you never have to record anyone's real identifying details.
If we update this policy we'll change the date at the top, and for significant changes we'll let you know in the app.

The service is in early access and provided "as is". Features may change, and it may be unavailable at times.
